I've spent my career helping adults, children, couples, and families work through life's hardest moments — from crisis and trauma to relationship struggles, substance use, and everyday stress.
As both a therapist and a nurse, I see the whole person, not just a diagnosis. And with more than two decades of military experience and three combat deployments, I understand the weight of separation, sacrifice, and starting over.
Starting therapy can bring up a lot of questions. Here are the ones I hear most often.
